AI Matching Engine
Our matching engine runs automatically in the background, scoring every listing against every request. It evaluates four weighted criteria to calculate a match percentage for each pair.
Get Connected
When a strong match is found (60%+ score), both parties are notified instantly with the match score and each other's contact information — name, email, and phone number.
How Matching Scores Work
Each listing-request pair is scored on four criteria with different weights
Location
Same city is required. Same area within the city scores even higher.
Price
Within budget range scores 100%. Up to 10% outside the range scores 50%.
Property Type
Exact match between listing property type and request type.
Bedrooms
Exact bedroom count match scores 100%. Off by one scores 50%.
